Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@sunaan.com. We will provide the return address and further instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Tailored Products and Return Eligibility
Every Sunaan thobe is tailored specifically according to the size and height selected by the customer. Because of this, returns and exchanges are not accepted simply because you changed your mind, no longer want the item, or would prefer a different fit.
However, within 14 days of receiving your order, we will gladly offer an exchange or refund if:
- You received the wrong item.
- The thobe does not match the size or height selected in your order.
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
- There is a manufacturing mistake on our side.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@sunaan.com if you believe there has been an issue. We will review the situation and make it right.
European Union Customers
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers generally have the right to cancel or return their purchase within 14 days.
However, this right does not apply to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized products. Since Sunaan thobes are tailored according to the size and height selected by each customer, they may not qualify for the standard cooling-off period.
